Creamy Mango Pudding

Ingredients (Serves 4):

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped

  • 200ml milk or coconut milk

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp gelatin powder (or agar-agar for vegetarian)

  • 2 tbsp warm water

Instructions:

  • Dissolve gelatin in warm water.

  • Blend mango with milk and sugar until smooth.

  • Mix in gelatin, pour into serving cups.

  • Chill 2–3 hours until set.

Tips & Plating:

  • Serve with a mint leaf or small mango cube on top.
