Creamy Mango Pudding
Indulge in our signature mango mousse dessert—a luscious, creamy treat served elegantly in a clear glass to showcase its vibrant golden color. Each portion is generously topped with juicy mango chunks and garnished with fresh mint sprigs, offering a burst of tropical flavor in every spoonful. Perfectly portioned at 180ml, this handcrafted delight is ideal for any occasion.
Ingredients (Serves 4):
1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
200ml milk or coconut milk
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp gelatin powder (or agar-agar for vegetarian)
2 tbsp warm water
Instructions:
Dissolve gelatin in warm water.
Blend mango with milk and sugar until smooth.
Mix in gelatin, pour into serving cups.
Chill 2–3 hours until set.
Tips & Plating:
Serve with a mint leaf or small mango cube on top.
Use clear cups for layered effect with whipped cream.
