Mirella Khalifeh
Founder / Chef
Chef Mirella Khalifeh is a Beirut-based chef and culinary instructor who transitioned from corporate life to the kitchen, building a career centered on teaching, community, and hands-on cooking.
After completing her Diplôme de Cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu, Mirella began leading workshops focused on international cuisine, comfort cooking, and pastry —all prepared from scratch. Her teaching style is practical and technique-driven, with an emphasis on building confidence and making cooking feel approachable at every level.
In April 2023, she founded Well Done Society, a community cooking studio located in Rabieh, Lebanon. The academy hosts group workshops for adults and kids, themed birthday experiences, private dining, and corporate team-building events—each designed around cooking, sharing, and dining together.
Chef Mirella’s mission is simple: to see her clients happy, confident, and proud of what they create. Every class is designed so guests leave not only having enjoyed a great meal, but also feeling accomplished, knowing they can recreate the dishes in their own kitchens.
